So I decided to list off everything I could think about when it comes to running on treadmills.
In this video, I talk about all the tips I can think of for running on a treadmill. This includes warming up slow, setting incline to 1-2%, not using the hand rail and looking up to keep your posture p right. For motivation and to make the treadmill less boring, use a plan or use the pre-programmed plans, listen to music/tv shows/ Netflix/podcasts/ or audio books. There are more but I can’t remember them again haha. Hopefully this helps you out to be less bored, and less injury prone on the treadmill while you run!
